Box Error - Quick repair

Download software from

1. Open program and press Connect
2. Which serial number of box shows the problem ? It is shown after S/N:
3. Please write down the serial number (on paper)
4. In Serial number please write serial number , without spaces, only digits
5. From list choose only - 'FW v2.6 (last)'
6. Select 'Write firmware', 'Write Eeprom' and 'Write 93c46'
7. Press 'Fix&Update' button, but before make sure you typed in correct serial number in 'Serial number' window (it is for manual input)
8. Close program and open again
9. Press Connect
10 In 'Serial number' field type in serial number of your box
11. From list choose 'FV 2.5' and select ONLY 'Write Firmware' (DO NOT SELECT other options !)
12. Press 'Fix%Update' button
13. Close program
14. Open DCTxbb5 application From HWK SUite or UFS Suite.
15. Program will ask if you want to update firmware of the box - we select YES
16. Open THE NEWEST update client (check or ask us which is the newest) and make update of HWK.
If you see message 'No more upgrade logs' - you must wait 2-3 days until server adds you one upgrade log and then you will be able to perform update using Update Client from HWK Suite.
